We will market your property accordingly to match your property to any suitable applicant that we may have, accompanying all viewings of the property. We will conduct thorough referencing of any potential applicants and obtain credit checks, employer and landlord references, together with proof of current address, proof of identity, confirmation of their right to reside in the UK, and bank statements. Registration of the tenants deposit with the DPS (Deposit Protection Scheme) and provide the tenants with the Deposit Certificate and Prescribed Information. We then prepare the initial Tenancy Agreement between both parties and sign the Tenancy Agreement on your behalf |
